Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day Professional trial with full feature access — no credit card required at sign-up. At the end of the trial you choose a tier or the account moves to read-only mode.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
You can upgrade immediately; the price difference is prorated to the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you don't lose access you've already paid for.
Which brokers are supported?
Starter and Professional tiers support Interactive Brokers, Saxo Bank, IBKR Prime, and Degiro. Enterprise adds custom FIX-API broker integrations on request — typical integration lead time is 10 business days.
Where is my data stored?
All account data, strategy configurations, and trade logs are stored in EU-based data centres (Frankfurt primary, Amsterdam failover) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.
What happens if the platform is unavailable?
We publish a real-time status page. If the outage is on our side and persists beyond 30 minutes during market hours, affected strategies are moved to a safe-halt state — open positions remain at your broker and no new orders are submitted until the platform recovers.
