What to Include in Your Message

To help us give you a useful first response, mention which tier you're evaluating (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), the brokers you currently use, and the asset classes you trade. If you're an existing customer with a technical issue, include your account ID and a brief description of what you observed — timestamp and strategy name help us locate the relevant logs quickly. For Enterprise inquiries, letting us know your approximate AUM and number of trading desks helps us scope the onboarding correctly.
